This week we have been learning about how to keep our teeth healthy. We read the story Topsy and Tim Go to The Dentist, then learnt about how to brush our teeth. The children were eager to share their experiences of visiting the Dentist and even had a go at role playing being a Dentist.

Upgrading the Chicken Hotel
This week the children have been noticing changes to our chicken coop. They were very interested in the new green Egloo and feeding hopper as they eagerly helped to collect eggs, and feed the chickens. Today they noticed Mr Magnal building the coop and had lots of questions about all of the tools he was using.

Huge thanks to all of our families who joined us for the Easter stay and play session this week. We had lots of fun getting crafty and egg hunting.
Bollywood Dancing
The children were very excited to meet CC today who came in to show us some of her Bollywood dance moves. They loved trying the different movements and putting them together to create a dance. Well done everyone.

We went to visit the farm today……
What a fabulous day we all had today when Ian’s Mobile Farm joined us in school. It was very exciting and the children were thrilled to be able to touch, brush and play with all of the animals, which included; alpacas, ducks, donkeys and goats. Our favourite part most definitely had to be playing fetch with Meg the dog and her ball.
Train Ride
Today the children spent a long time building a train in our outdoor area, role playing and making tickets. We used this as a stimulus to talk about journeys and our local area. The children decided where they would like to visit on the train and drew maps.
Spring Gardening
Today we were intrigued by the Primrose flowers kindly donated by Mrs Bah and we quickly got busy preparing the garden and planters in our outdoor area. What a great job everyone!
